Gym day

DL 100kg: 4x 5reps
DL 110kg: 5reps

Some press, high pull and snatch with 2x12kg and 2x16kg

Bench press 70kg: 3x 5reps

Triceps push down.

Felt good to do some deadlifts again. It was fun to do double kettlebell fitness combos with lighter bells.
