Stretching
I felt nervous before this session. I find pyramides with the 20kgs very tiring, a bit boring but also healthy.
Tempo was 7-8rpm all sets except the last one which I made very slow. Pulse peaked all the way up to 98%; but I felt good, no nausea. Maybe I should see if my max heart rate has increased in lc (yes, those things happens esp with specialized exercizes :-).
Weekend again!
