Jerk

Green candy bells
Jerk 2x24kg: 5, 39 (+2 no-counts, 8 rpm)
Jerk 2x24kg: 2x 10 reps (10rpm)

Jerk 2x20kg: 20 (10 rpm)

Seesaw press 2x20kg: 7 reps




Jerks... a man's got to do what a man's got to do. I guess that Will "Falconetti" Smith would prefer jerk, and possibly, long cycle if he was into kettlebell lifting.
