Snatch pyramid

Snatch 24kg: 5/5,10/10,25/25,20/20,15/15,10/10,10/10 (sum vol 95/95)

Went down to the park outside the house where I live. A Sunday morning like this I had the park all for myself. The first session there this year. I definitively prefer training snatches outdoors.

Concerning the swings, a friend translated that it is pure water only that he uses on the handle. Ilika also says it is a good exercize for gi-grappling.
