Snatch 20's & some lifting

Snatch 20kg: 5/5, 73L/65R (5min/5min)

LC 2x20kg: 5

LC 2x24kg: 5
LC 2x28kg: 5
LC 2x30kg: 2, 5
Sumo DL 2x40kg: 20/1min
See-saw press 2x20kg: 10/10

Snatches felt very nice and it might have been a PR with left hand. The sumo dl resulted in cramp in hamstrings. I find something good in rack with 30kg bells, weight on heels, knees locked out. Not sure what it is, just feels relaxing.
