SM Kettlebell Sport Sweden Results

The results from the Swedish Championship arranged by IKSFA are now available at Spartan's homepage (LINK). You see that there are some very good numbers.



Training 6/12-11
Dead lift: a first 5x 6rep session (90 & 100kgs)
Bench press: 5x 4reps (70kg)
Tri push downs with cable
Mobility, bridge & stretch

Dead lifts are so allround and work so much of the body. A bit like lc, I understand why they are so popular. I have gotten weaker in bench press last weeks (!).
I also did some oa lc. The 32kg is a Powermax with a very thick handle. It felt as thick as a rolling thunder and didn't feel safe. Maybe, I can get used to it.
