Jerk-only

Jerk 2x20kg, 2x24kg, 2x28kg, 2x30kg: 5 each weight
Jerk 2x28kg: 3x 10reps
Jerk 2x24kg: 20
Jerk 2x20kg: 2x 5reps

Stretching

A jerk-only session. Focus on breathing and getting up from 2nd dip. The plan is to do a "pull" tomorrow, either deadlifts or cleans.
