Dead lift: 90kg x 5 reps, 100kg 4x 5rep session
Bench press: a few reps at 80 and 70kg

So, the UKC Long Cycle will take place the 3d of March. If sound and sain, I will compete with 24kgs. Here is my training plan from last year. I had - or took (?) - only six weeks to prepare:
I will work more on a training plan the days to follow. I think will do a bit more strength with 28s this year. For sure, I will keep the rest week before the competition. We will see about the rest of the layout.
