Wedensday
Gym, a few dead lifts, and bench presses. Then some swinging with a 32kg bell.
I proceed very slowly with the barbell lifts as I have not been doing that systematically, or hard, for a very long time.
Friday
LC 2x20kg: 5
LC 2x24kg: 5
LC 2x28kg: 5
LC 2x30kg: 4x 2reps (those bells had become a lot heavier again, I blaim the high rep sets I've been doing)
Three long cycle super sets of:
2x28kg: 3-> 2x24kg: 5-> 2x20kg: 5
Two LC sets of swing, swing, clean and jerk:
2x20kg: 2min
2x24kg: 2min
The latter exercize is shown here by the great Anasenko. I found it good for checking form and understanding the cleans.
The above is filmed at Slovenian Gregor Sobocan's gym. Sobocan is Master of Sport and the head of EGSA and will give a kettlebell course at Kettlebell Stockholm in January (LINK).

Tomorrow is a Swedish GS Championship at Svenska Mässan in Gothenburg. I will go and watch. Some friends from the Morozov course in Uddevalla will be lifting. It will be great!
