LC 2x20kg: 5

LC 2x28kg: 3, 10,10,10
SC Jerk 2x30kg: 3x 3reps
Prehab squats with 40kg: 2x 10 (negatives)
Push-ups with band: 3x 10reps
Had a hard time getting started today, but then it got a nice session.
Tried the push-ups with bands again, it made some more sense than last time. Still, prefer a weight plate on back, but it is nice that with bands there is nothing that can fall down on your hands.
The squats is a litte experiment. I am working on my tennis elbow with a thing called Flexbar. Briefly put, research has found that eccentric loading heals up some tendons. Eccentrics... if you're tarnished with a bodybuilding past you might know it as "negatives" :-).
On me, the Flexbar has had a good effect after only one week of use. I will write some more on this further ahead. Anyway, I wanted to try eccentrics on knees as well (there is no research on knees/eccentrics, so far).
