Not a great session; I set out for a 42 rep set at 7rpm. Could not keep the tempo up at the 6th minute. Felt like tired in the legs and cardio. Maybe it is Tuesday's lc session and tempo-pr... or else it is old age, inferiority, and sickness :-).Thought it smartest to just do a few snatches below max.
