Low oa swings 40kg: 2x 5/5reps
Farm hold 2x40kg: 2x 1min
Friday afternoon, my throat suddenly started feeling sore and Saturday there was no doubt I had a cold. Yesterday, I was too tired to train and slept a lot. Today I wanted to do some reps for strength without breathing hard. I took long breaks between sets and vacuum cleaned my flat and such.
The onset of a cold explains why I felt so weak Thursday. It is such a long time since I had a cold so it's only fair.

It is nice to see that there are coming a good number of lifters to the event. At the facebook-page (LINK) we are now 11 registered lifters and there are still some more weeks to register. I think that there will be at least three ladies lifting. Some lifters will even come from outside of Sweden!
This is a good opportunity to start to build up competition routine: so if you like kettlebell sport don't miss out!
