Biathlon whith a cold

Snatch 12,20,24kg: 5/5 each
Snatch 24 kg: L30 rest R30 rest L20 rest R 20

Jerk 2x20kg: 5
Jerk 2x24kg:20
Clean 2x24kg: 20
Jerk 2x24kg: 20
Clean 2x28kg: 10
Jerk 2x24kg: 20

Snatch 12kg with gloves and baby talcum powder: 8min (1/1/3/3)

Still, have a cold. Training felt crappy but when taken together it is not bad for being me after all. The snatch layout was to avoid breathing heavy.
