Push-ups: 10 (then tried some with band, but it just didn't make sense to me :-)

Bridge work, mobility, double-ball & stretching
I am thinking of increasing my volume a bit in lc. The last sets were hard, tempo was ca 6/7 rpms throughout and at least 2min breaks in between. We will see how the body feels about it tomorrow. Now there will be two rest days, so next session is planned for Thursday.
