Bridge work
I set out to do a 10min lc-set with the 28s - regardless reps, I aimed at going the time. However, after ca 7min I got too tired in the hands (not grip really), and I didn't want to strain anything. I did 21 reps though, all solid and point giving so that is nice. My real goal with 28s is 20 reps at no slower than 4 rpm. A step in the right direction was taken today.
