Long Cycle Training Friday!

WU combos 14kg

LC 2x24kg: 5, 5
LC 2x32kg: 3, 9, 6, 6, 4 (tot vol 28 reps)

Push-ups: 3x 10reps
Bar hang: 60 sec
Double swings 2x32kg low: 2x 8reps

It would be better for my long cycle-numbers if I trained with 20s and 24s, but for the fun and motivation I just need a period with the heavier bells now. There's a special spot reserved in WKC-hell for people like me.
