Felt sore and beat up since Monday's long cycle, especially in the core. Hence, I did some more variety training instead of long cycle. The jerks with 28s was nice and I was happy with form.
The bottom-up clean to hold was a long-awaited PR. I have wanted to hold the bell bottom up for 1minute since some time, I have done it with left hand previously. Now, some disgruntled people say bottom-up lifting is more a question of balance than strength. Whatever suits me fine as I am just as happy to improve my motor skills as strength.
The fruits of some of my chili plants are finally beginning to ripen and get some bright color. They have been green since some time and yesterday a few of them suddenly started to change color.
