A dear reader of this blog said he would like a video. So, of course, I hurried to make one. It is not very often people want to see one more video of me lifting kettlebells - so I had to profit from this possibillity :-).
I have just looked through the vid quickly, I think I could bend over later in de-clean (although I was conscious about this during training). 32kg is very heavy for me and my technique is better with llighter weights at most points.
I don't have any goals with 32kg, they are just a means to reach my goals with 28s (20reps) and 30s (10reps).
By the way, the Moynihan institute has re-opened it's blog (LINK). There are some insightful comments on kettlebell training and other forms of exercize. Also it is quite funny and, sometimes, terrifying.
