LC training

LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg, 2x28kg: 5 rep each weight

LC 2x30kg: 3x 4reps
LC 2x28kg: 2,4,6,2,4,6,2,4,6reps

Oa BU-clean & hold 20kg: 1min/1min
Push-ups: 3x 10reps (w some elvation)
Bridge work


My rep-max with 30kgs is in about 50% of my rm with 28kgs. So, from a strength and recovery point of view, I calculate 1 rep with 30kgs = 2 reps 28kgs. I aim for a new average total volume per session of ca 60 reps with the 28kgs. Maybe that is an idiotic way to calculate, but I will try it for a while :-).
