LC training

LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 3, 20, 5,5,5,4,4
LC 2x20kg:10

Jump squats 50kg: 40reps
Jump squats 60kg: 20reps

Bar hang: 1min
Some snatches with fleece gloves and 16kg

Stretch and mobility, some bridges (a stiff man's bridges, but bridges nevertheless :-)

Went easy on the jump squats, just want to see what knees feel like tomorrow after trying some with 60kg, but 20 reps was easy.

Listening to radio where they talk about the horse meat in Findus lasagna. I eat horse meat occasionally, but to sell it as beef is bad. By some reason, some of the Chinese kettlebells manufacturers come to my mind. As when I found rotten wood etc, inside :-).
