Game Day Recipes: Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas

This is the start of my series of recipes I make either for a game day,a trade night or a box busting. I figure, why not share with the rest of the world!! These are great quick snacks and have a great taste. You can serve them with sauce or none. Either way..you will enjoy! ALL RECIPES FEATURED HERE ON SPORT CARD COLLECTORS ARE MY PERSONAL ONES. THEY ARE NOT FROM A COOKBOOK.

Sport Card Collectors Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas
1/2 cup of Buffalo Sauce (get as hot or as mild as you like)
2 plain wraps
1/2 cup of cooked chicken
1 2lb bag of shredded mozzarella
Dash of salt and pepper
Perdue or any brand of precooked chicken you can find from the meat department (you can cook your own chicken but make sure its tender)
Ranch or Blue Cheese sauce to serve with if you prefer

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the buffalo sauce and chicken and set it aside. Lay the wrap flat and put as much cheese on it as you like. About 1/2 cup will do for each but if you like more try it! Also depends on the size of the wraps. After the cheese, lay the desired amount of the buffalo chicken on each. Fold sides together tightly and stick it on a cookie sheet and bake for approx of 10 minutes. Flip, bake another 5 or 6 (watch them just in case some ovens are hotter than others) and bake them to your liking. I like mine extra crispy. So mine might be 20 minutes. But in 15 minutes they should crisp and melt the cheese.
