felt like cardio was a little bit better. Sets 7, 8 and 9, something magic happened, the bells just went up without hardly any effort. I thought for a while that, finally, I had found the secret of jerks. Then sets 10 and 11 felt like usually, with some sloppy lockouts as well :-).
