Bench press: a few short sets of 80kg
Swing 24kg: 20/20/15/15/10/10/5/5
Stretch & bridge attempt
Thursday 24th - breathing
Jerk 2x20kg: 5
Jerk 2x24kg: 5
Jerk 2x28kg: 5,10,19,5,5
Jerk rests 2x20kg: 3min (rests in rack, lockout, 1st & 2nd dip)
Light stretch
I focused on breathing. I tried with the 28s as I wanted to try out more of a power-generating breathing pattern; very slow rpm on the 19 rep set and faster on the others. I think it made me less breath-taken; i.e. I was breathing as much as usual but in a controlled way :-).
