LC 2x20kg: 5
LC 2x24kg: 5, 40/5rpm
LC 2x28kg: 10/4rpm

Biceps curl (31kg?): 5x 6reps
Bar hang: 1min
Push-ups: 10
Bridge

A longer LC set! Hard - not being used to it - I think it was the psyche that gave up when the timer indicated that minute 9 was reached. Felt good afterwards though.

Some folks might wonder why I keep track over small stuff like "10 push-ups" - my reason is that I do them mostly as prehab and want to keep track that I get some variation in the stew.
