Jerk 2x32kg: 3
Jek 2x24kg: 30 (10rpm, fitness bells)
Pull-ups: 4x 4reps
Biceps curl w 30kgbar: 2x 9reps
That was it. Trained outdoors. The possibillity of dropping the bells made the 32 feel better and more relaxed. I was happy with the jerk set with 24kgs. Wrist felt ok, but I guess I will learn tomorrow if this training was ok or not.
