Biathlon sess

Snatch 12,20kg: 5/5 each
Snatch 20kg: 40/40, 17/17

High pulls 2x20kg: 3x 10reps

Snatch 12kg with fleece gloves: 10 min (1/1/1...)

rest +30min

Jerk 2x20kg: 5
Jerk 2x28kg: Five ladders of 2,4,6 reps

I still could not find the snatch technique. Maybe, I can only compete in long cycle in the future?
I have looked forward doing some more jerks with 28s last month, so that was nice.
