Jerk, timed set

Jerk 2x20kg: 5
Jerk 2x24kg: 5, 50 (7min), 20

Lockout holds 2x20kg: 2x 40 sec
Light squats and stretching

The main course, the 7min jerk set, took me to 94% of Max HR. I barely made it and it might have been a Personal Record. My old PR is of 50 reps - but that was over 10 minutes and in the year of 2009 (Ventspils). Since then, I can't recall having attempted an absolute max jerk set with competition 24kg bells. Strange, but last year my mental focus was all about long cycle and snatches.
My limit today was cardio and that can be improved quite quickly... if I have the guts for it :-).
