Pull day

Snatch 24kg: 5/5,20/20,10/10,10/10,20/20,10/10

High Pull 32kg: 2x 10/10reps

Outside swing 2x20kg: 3x 10reps

Sumo dead lift 2x40kg: 2x 20 reps (20 rpm)

A bad snatch day, hence the short sets to check technique.
Outside swings: tried with one foot in front of the other. It worked! Some balancing challenges sideaways.
