Oa swing 24kg: 20/20/15/15/10/10/5/5
A lighter set and a PR with 20 kg bells. I have not tested my max with 20kg since March 2009, before a WKC lc competition in New York (I did a rank vid and got 66 reps, I think). I was a lot less tired today than when I made my rank.
Not a huge increase in numbers. Still, a reflection is that it works ok to maintain endurance with low rep and heavier weights. To develop endurance and tempo with 20kgs is another issue - I guess a mix of 16s, 20s and 24s would be best there. But what do I know?
