Last days' training

Thursday
A short run in Merrel "barefoot shoes" (1,5-2km?): not too excited, actually. Felt just like running on harder surface. Might be as I already run on the forefoot/whole foot. However, the next day I had some new kind of soreness in lower calves. The very light weight of the shoes was also nice. Will try it some more. Anyway, my basic plan for these "barefoot shoes" is walking during work for a couple of hours every now and then.

Friday

LC 2x32kg: 3,7,7,7,7 (sum 31 reps)

2 sets of bar hang supersetted with farm-walk

Sunday 
LC 2x20kg: 5
LC 2x24kg: 5
LC 2x28kg: 5
LC 2x30kg: 5
LC 2x32kg: 10x 3reps (sum 30 reps)
Some grinds with 26kg bar
