Little, little training

Mobility

Bench press a few 3rep sets (80kg)
Biceps curls a few 6rep sets at 36kg
Tri-push downs and lat-pulls

Mobility, stretch
Bridge
Wall stand

This was short but nice. In the past, I could go to a headstand (on the head, not hands) on any open floor. I tried that a couple of times today, but fell over on my back like a sack of potatoes :-).
So, I settle for a smooth wall stand as the goal for now. But, the free handstand will come soon thereupon.
