Snatch 32kg: 3/3, 22/22 (failed left technique caused hand switch)

Felt worn out in the body since Friday's workout. At first, I didn't understand why but when I looked at the training log I see I lifted more than usually. Today felt heavy, but I am happy with quite a fast tempo 7rep-set with 28s.

Did some more bridge practice. As seen in the picture upper back flexibility is limited. Results are too curbed lower back and positioning of knees. Anyway, it feels like a very good stretch and there are no pains or strains so I will keep practicing for a while. I also do other mobility exercizes with rubber balls, foamrollers and no tools, but I don't usually write about it here.
