LC-day

Warm up w 14 kg combos and oa 24kg LC

LC 2x24kg: 5
LC 2x32kg: 2, 2x 4reps, 7x 3reps (tot vol 31reps)

Push ups 3x 10reps

Bridge work & stretch

The LC felt ok and I felt I could increase my total volume. Actually, I PR:ed w 4reps in lc (ie 4 reps in a row). This is probably as I didn't do any snatch before. I didn't film my lifts so they could have looked like... though :-).
