This session is, of course, inspired by the generator's drop set and lockout focused approach. I like it as it helps keeping my technique cleaner.
Tomorrow, hopefully 20kg snatches. Yesterday, was no kettlebells, but over one hour of mobility, stretching and self-inflicted rubber-ball pain.
