Yesterday, I was wearing a kettlebell tee-shirt. A cassier at the food store told me that he wanted to learn how to lift kettlebells and asked where to turn (we're in Gothenburg). I said Kettlebell center and Fighter center are two very good places to start. I also added that my personal favourite place is Uddevalla Kettlebells but that it might be too far - at least before you get fanatic about the iron toys. If you have other tips about where to get good beginner instruction in Gothenburg, you're tips are welcome below.
