Snatch 20kg: 7/7,14/14,40/40,20/20,* 30/30,14/14,14/14 (139/139 total vol)
Back to my Tuesday snatch pyramide habit. *The order of the 30rep and the 20rep set is reveresed. I failed at making the 30/30 rep set at first, mostly because I was too sweaty and handle began to slip. Then I went out-doors and it was no problems. Cool, fresh winds dry you up quickly and make snatch grip considerably easier. Probably, if I was to do my 32kg snatches indoors, my numbers would be even lower.
