The Titans' game against Slough tomorrow has been cancelled (Slough can't ice a squad).
So the only hockey action this weekend, is the Cardiff Ice Hounds v Cardiff Eagles, Southern Rec Hockey Conference match, 7:15pm face off.
It's the very last group stage match for the Conference (West) and it should be quite a humdinger! For the Hounds, it will be there last chance to catch top of table Army Air Coprs Ice Hawks, who's goal difference is 15 goals to the good on the Hounds, who are feeling the damage caused by the RAF Bluewings no show on the 21st May, which resulted in a meager 5-0 forfeit.
So the Hounds have a massive mountain to climb tomorrow night, if they fancy going into the play offs in top spot. Meanwhile, the Eagles will no doubt fancy a last minute upset, but at the very least will be looking at damage limitation, as the result will not effect their 3rd place finish and with the Hounds finishing in second, leading to a all Cardiff semi-final, in the Bay.
So come and down and cheer for whichever team takes your fancy! The teams are on the ice at 7pm and face off is 7:15pm. Entry (as always) if FREE.
