Snatches felt better today, which was a relief. Maybe, they will "return."
Long cycle with 28kgs is fun. I could get out more reps than 10. Still, I have to fight my sluggish tempo so I struggled to get at least 4 rpm - otherwise I could do 10min but not very many reps :-).
