Jerk 2x28kg: five ladders of 2,4,6 (sum 60)
The snatches overall ok form, but left arm still lapses into weird technique occasionally. The result is extra swings. This deal with the left arm snatches puzzels me. I have trained snatches for some years and never had these issues, neither can I feel any injuries that may explain these motoric disturbances. On the bright side is that grip and cardio feels relatively fine.
Did all the jerks with running shoes. For a max-test I would use lifting shoes, still it feels fine not being dependent of such shoes for training. Moreover, I appreciate the cushioned stomp. I use running shoes for snatch as well.
