LC journal: 30s

LC 2x20,2x24: 5 rep each weight
LC 2x30kg: 2,16,5,5,5

Push-ups w blueband (8-loop): 3x 5

Tuesday and yesterday, I had a cold. Today I felt quite good and decided to do some training with less cardio. I did a PR, 16 reps, with 30kg (previously 15). But man, it was slow, ca 2,5rpms. It was the lockout that gave out first which I think depends on leg power / speed. Very happy with 2nd dips.

The push-ups were half-heartedly, I missed bench-press.
