LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 5,20,12,5,5,5
Bench press 80kg: 2x 3reps
Biceps curl 30kg: 3x 6reps
After last bench session felt a twinge in the elbow, hence went easier today. A good lockout-day. I got tired more quickly, I think it was because of Tuesday's max test.
Two guys at the gym believed I was doing LC with 36kg bells; stupid and honest as I am I told it was only 28s :-).
