32s and even biceps-curl

Systemic, and then shoulder, failure before grip failure. No 61 reps yet :happiness:

LC 2x24kg: 5
LC 2x32kg: 3,3,3,2

Jerk 2x32kg: 5, 5

French press 14kg: 20reps
" " 24kg: 2x 8reps

Biceps curl w bar 25kg: 8reps
" " 33kg: 4reps

Some press-outs with the 32s, but not all the time like a month ago.

Maybe, I should change the name of this blog as I am doing more fitness/strength training at the moment rather than orthodox GS-training. On the other hand, depending on the school, fitness and strength are also a periodically recurring phase of GS-training.
