Snatch & swing

Oa swing 16kg: 10/10
Snatch 16kg: 10/10
Snatch 20kg: 5/5, 53/53 (8min)

Oa swing 30kg: 3x 20/20 reps

Last sets were horrendus. Swings are too hard for a human to take. But then goes two minutes and you want to do it again :-). If this does not help up my snatches I don't know what could. Working a bit on a thing I have seen on some GS snatch vids, straight knees throughout backswing. Start make a double-bend but use the last little squat (delayed?) to bring up the bell. That was incomprehensible right?
