LC 2x24kg: 3, 5? /10min
SC jerk 2x24kg: 5
SC jerk 2x30kg: 5, 3
SC jerk 2x32kg: 3, 3
Wanted to try a max-set with 24s. I forgot turning the video on though. Most minutes were, 5 or 6, rpm. Minute 7 is usually hard for me and I did only 4reps.... I finished with a few heavier jerks, but I was quite tired.
These Danish power bars are great post-training. |
