Trained with HR meter during long cycle. Pulse was high. Heart rate was even up at 187 once; 188 is the highest I have ever recorded. I think it was in part because I had three beers and a glass of red wine last night. It seems like alcohol increases my heart rate next day. Needless to say I got tired, but if I keep on like this (i.e. train so that I get tired - not the beer indulgence) I must reach 30reps with 28s one day.
