Kettlbell floor press 2x20kg: 10
Kettlbell floor press 2x24kg: 2x 10reps
The 15reps with 30kgs is a new PR. I did deeper second dips than usually today as practice. Helped with the lockout the but tires the legs of course. Might be the reason of the PR. I did quite exaggerated 2nd dips when warming up.
