Bench press in the range of 70 to 85kg
Barbell row
Seated rows with cable
Wrist curls barbell
Wanted 25 reps in the LC... Mind gave up first. Otherwise, felt good after training (I usually do :-) and it struck me this must be a pretty complete workout for fitness. Some strength and some cardio. No extremes.
