The winners were announced at a special celebration evening at Venue Cymru, Llandudno on Saturday (October 16), hosted by broadcaster Arfon Haines Davies.
Speakers included Roger Draper, chief executive of the LTA, and Laura Mcallister, chair of Sport Wales.
