Biathlon Day & Vacation

Oa jerk with 12,20,24,28,32: 5/5 each

Jerk 2x20kg: 5

5 times supersetted jerk 2x28kg: 5->jerk 2x20kg: 10reps.

that tolled my cardio quite a bit. My heart rate was of 92% of max when I wore the meter for one set.

In one arm jerks my focus is dip speed and flexibility. In double jerk focus is strength with 28s and speed with the 20s and endurance with the supersetting.

Nice session. As Friday was quite hard on the grip I did it less grippish today. Especially, I did not want any static holds... bu, farm walk...

The high pulls, I think, are good for back as well as cardio.

Vacation
I am taking a vacation from blogging and I count on being back the 19th, or 20th, of November.
