Finished outdoors with some juggling of the 12kg. Dropped it a lot, but went better than yesterday.
I have become sloppy with my rack in that I tend to keep tense, wich results in less blood circulation and quicker build up of lactic acid. Hence, I wanted a slow set focusing on that. I used to relax before, but have forgot that lately. It never ends :-). I think one gets stronger just from touching the 28kgs. I have no plans advancing to focusing on 28s ever, btw. For me, they are just assistance tools for the 24s.
